If you’re registered for Internet Banking you will automatically be registered for Mobile Banking.

Mobile Banking gives you access to the following features:

  • View your account balance
  • View your transaction history
  • Money transfers (excluding viewing/editing scheduled transfers)
  • Pay bills via BPAY

 Note For iPhone App Users: Introduction of Push Notifications

With the update of the new iPhone/iPad app (Version 2.0.5) on the 14th of January, you will now be able to receive messages from People’s Choice in the form of Push Notifications. Push Notifications will only be utilised to notify users of significant service interruptions and compliance messages of high importance.

To ensure that you receive these critical messages, please accept the option to receive Push Notifications when prompted at time of download or update of app. Additionally, you are able to turn on and modify notifications you receive under the Notification Centre (if using iOS7) or  under Notifications (if using iOS6) which can be found within the Settings app.

Pay Easy

Our Pay Easy feature allows you to make a Payment to a person using that person’s email address or mobile phone number. Find Pay Easy under Transfers in your Mobile Banking app. When you use Pay Easy you must tell us:

  • Which Account you want the Payment to be debited from;
  • The amount you want to pay; and
  • The email address of the person are paying; or their mobile number.

If you have a Pay Easy Payment to collect you must visit and provide us with:

  • The email address or mobile phone number to which you received the notification that the Pay Easy Payment was ready to be collected.
  • The Payment Code for the Pay Easy Payment provided to you by the sender.
  • The BSB, account number and account title for the account to which you’d like the Payment paid to.
  • If you are a Member of People’s Choice Credit Union, please make sure you enter your chosen Account number not your Member number.
  • A Pay Easy Payment can only be paid to an account held with an Australian Financial Institution.
